What if the final cost exceeds the quotation?
It will not. Our quotations are fixed-price commitments, not estimates. The only exception is if you request additions after approval. We document every change request with your written sign-off and updated pricing before proceeding. In 150+ projects, we have never had a billing dispute.
How do you guarantee timeline when contractors are unreliable?
We do not subcontract to random labour. We employ trained in-house teams with performance-linked incentives for on-time delivery. Every project has buffer days built into our internal timeline, not yours. If we miss your handover date, we pay a penalty.
Can I trust the quality if I am not physically present?
Absolutely. You receive weekly video walkthroughs, daily photo updates on our client app, and direct WhatsApp access to your project manager. Many of our best projects were for NRI families and clients in other cities. Distance does not affect our accountability.
